Reflection
Creation does not resist the turning of the seasons. Days grow shorter, leaves begin to change, and the air carries the quiet announcement that something new is arriving. These visible changes invite us to notice the seasons unfolding within our own lives as well.
Some seasons feel full of promise. Others bring uncertainty, loss, waiting, or responsibilities we did not expect. Often, a single season holds both beauty and difficulty. Welcoming it does not mean that we must enjoy every change or understand why it is happening. It means making room to recognize that God is present here too.
The circumstances around us may change, but God’s character does not. He remains faithful in beginnings and endings, in growth and rest, and in seasons whose purpose we cannot yet see. Nothing about the season before us places us beyond His attentive care.
This week, pause to notice what is changing. Bring it honestly before God—your gratitude, your questions, and even your reluctance. Ask Him to help you receive this season one day at a time and to recognize the quiet ways He is already meeting you within it.
Prayer
Lord, thank You for being present in every season of our lives. Help us notice what is changing and bring it honestly before You. When a new season feels hopeful, teach us to receive it with gratitude. When it feels difficult or uncertain, remind us that we remain within Your faithful care. Give us grace for today and help us recognize the quiet ways You are meeting us here. Amen.

You do not need to understand everything that is changing. Simply make room to meet God within today.
